Regular breaks will be given for long journeys, with water and comfort stops as needed.
Pets are transported in temperature-controlled, clean vehicles.
While we do our best to reduce stress and ensure comfort, we are not liable for health issues arising due to the journey unless caused by proven negligence.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs, weather, traffic, or transport disruptions (e.g. Eurotunnel/ferry delays).
If your travel is impacted due to inaccurate or incomplete pet documentation, this is your responsibility.
In the event of a force majeure event (e.g. border closures), we will work with you to reschedule or refund where appropriate.
